Purchase policy

1- To complete a purchase from the Leaders Center website, the customer must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to enter into contractual obligations, and have consent to act for or on behalf of any person, and the website must be used in accordance with these general terms and conditions.

2- The client is responsible for his financial activities.

3- The customer guarantees that all the information entered is accurate.

Cancellation policy

Before completing the purchase and payment process, the customer must make sure to read all terms and conditions of exchange, return and penalties by the sales representative.

If you can cancel, you must send your cancellation request via email to the sales representative.

Delivery policy

Leaders Center provides delivery service within a maximum of 72 hours from the time the order is completed, subject to a non-refundable delivery fee of 3 dinars within Amman and 5 dinars outside Amman.

Return policy

You can return or exchange your purchases within 3 days from the date of the invoice in any of our branches spread in the Kingdom, knowing that the returned amount will be refunded within 5 days from the date of return by issuing a check in the buyer’s name, the amount is returned in cash if the purchase is made directly from the store or after one day and the value must not exceed the amount of 50 dinars, while in the case of payment by credit card, the amount is transferred within two weeks from the date of return.

Please keep the following in mind when returning or exchanging any product:

1- The return period is limited to three days from the date of purchase in case of a manufacturing defect in the goods only.

2- The exchange period is limited to seven days from the date of purchase.

3- The product must be in its original condition with all product attachments.

4- Bring the purchase invoice for the product.

5- When the product is returned, it is checked by the competent person to ensure that it is safe and free of defects.

6- Offers cannot be exchanged or returned

Sponsorship policy

All Leaders Center products are subject to a one-year warranty from the local dealer/distributor, with the local dealer/distributor assuming full responsibility for product maintenance and replacement parts.
Leaders Center is not responsible for product warranty, maintenance and spare parts, but we are happy to assist you and follow up with your local dealer/distributor if necessary.

Purchase orders (via app or website) – Payment in-store

In regards to mobile app orders. The customer will be notified by email of the invoice for the purchase in order to visit the store and complete the payment process at the store. If the purchase invoice is not received in the store within 3 business days. The order will be automatically canceled from the system.
