Purchase Policy

1- To complete the purchase process from the Leaders Center website, the customer must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to enter into contractual obligations, and have consent to work for or on behalf of any person, and the website must be used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

2- The client is responsible for his financial activities.

3- The customer guarantees that all the information entered is accurate.

Cancellation Policy

Before completing the purchase and payment process, the customer must make sure to read all the terms and conditions of exchange, return, and the resulting fines by the sales representative.

In the event that cancellation is possible, the cancellation request must be sent via e-mail to the sales representative.

Delivery Policy

Leaders Center provides a delivery service within a maximum period of 72 hours from the time of order completion, as it is subject to a non-refundable delivery fee of 3 dinars inside Amman and 5 dinars outside Amman.

You can return or exchange your purchases within 3 days from the date of the invoice in any of our branches throughout the Kingdom, knowing that the returned amount will be refunded within 5 days from the date of return by issuing a check in the name of the buyer, the amount will be returned in cash if the purchase was made directly From the exhibition or after one day and the value must not exceed the amount of 50 dinars, but in the case of payment by credit card, the amount will be transferred within two weeks from the date of return.

Also, please consider the following when returning or exchanging any product:

1- The return period, which is limited to three days from the date of purchase in case there is a manufacturing defect in the goods only.

2- The replacement period, which is limited to seven days from the date of purchase.

3- The product must be in its original condition with all product attachments.

4- Bring the purchase invoice for the product.

5- When the product is returned, it is verified by the competent person to ensure that it is safe and free of defects.

6- Offers cannot be exchanged or returned

Warranty Policy

All Leaders Center products are subject to a one-year warranty from the local agent/distributor, as the local agent/distributor bears full responsibility for product maintenance and spare parts.
Leaders Center is not responsible for product warranty, maintenance and spare parts, but we are happy to assist you and follow up with the local agent/distributor if necessary.

Purchase orders (via the application or website) – payment at the showroom

Regarding purchase orders via the mobile application, The customer will be notified via e-mail of the invoice for the purchasing transaction in order to visit the exhibition and complete the payment process at the exhibition. In the event that the financial amount of the purchase invoice is not received at the exhibition within 3 working days, The purchase order will be automatically canceled from the system.
